Isn't that just private label paint from one of the existing paint companies?
While it's nice to see the PSP opening the door to more vendors, this doesn't necessarily mean everyone will suddenly see lower paint prices due to competition between vendors. Paint sponsor costs remain the same but each company gets a smaller slice of the pie every time a new company steps in. What do you do to make back your money if your costs are the same but your share in a fixed customer base is reduced? You raise prices for each customer or take a loss, if the market becomes saturated.
