Luxe leaking through solenoid. Tried Almost everything!
Okay so i have two luxes. On of them works completely fine, and the other leaks through the grip.
After going thru a complete maintenance (switching out for newer orings and lubing them) i noticed there was still a leak right near my solenoid.
Next i switched regs and bolts from the leaking luxe to the working luxe and noticed that was fine (so it wasnt the reg or bolt)
I took apart the grip frame and changed the oring and it still leaked.
As a final resort i had to purchase a CP reg and slap on my tank with a macroline.. That didnt help
Does this mean that i need to replace my solenoid?
I should probably mention that the noid clicks and even with the leak it cycles.
I dont have any upgrades to this gun. its a luxe 1.0, and it still leaks using other luxe bolts and regs.
Please help!

It does not leak with the other power core (which does not leak)? Sounds like you need a new solenoid. The solenoid has two parts, the coil (which makes it cycle) and then the spool (the plunger piece with oring's that directs the air). When one part is bad you end up replacing the whole thing.

Yeah ill give it a shot! its a shame.. i didnt think it would be the noid because it cycles, but i guess that may be the problem!

if its a bad spool oring simply replace it with one off this spool http://www.zdspb.com/store/solenoidparts.html. Its the k3hxx spool that you want, then remove the new orings from the k3hxx spool and replace the dammaged seals on your luxe spool with them. at $5 an oring($20 minimum) it is much cheaper than buying a new noid. you will also have spare replacement orings in case spool orings tear again.
also the luxe solenoid(parker noid) is 3 parts, a coil, a pilot, and a spool/spool housing.

^ This is what ended up fixing my problem. If you can pinpoint where exactly the leak is coming from it would help a great deal. (ie. the front of the manifold, in between the manifold and the body, etc.)

^^ Had the same problem.
Solenoid screws just came loose. Nipped them up again and it's been good as gold ever since.

Check the reg seat seal!? I had a similar problem, went through the whole gun changed some o-rings, but came to find the reg seat was chipped/damaged. Changed it out and works wonders no leaks!
