The runner isn't doing anything intentionally to cheat, the ump just missed the call, i guess in your case It's the same cuz you look at wiping as something a paintball player needs to know how to do to win....
But in my case, when you wipe your are intentionally cheating...... Therefor this isn't the same at all and I'm not going against what I said....

Since we are from Cali, having a $200-$300 fine for being caught with bud doesn't stop you from smoking it right? Yet another example, being convicted to serve a life sentence for murder still doesn't stop people from killing others does it? In short, people are gunna do what people want to do, no matter what the repercussions. Cheating is bound to happen in any sport; the more they do it, the more likely they will get caught so there is no use in making a thread and whining about it.
