Pro:
Nice
Comfortable
300k and still going

Cons:
The stupid built in alarm system via radio
Air locks
Parts are expensive

I only brought it into the shop a few times for maintenance, most of the work was easy enough to do on your own

I would say if you are going with a VW, go with older ones because my friends seem to have problems with most of theirs that are 2005+
