Went to the TMC "for observation" for three days this week. Afrin, mucinex and a steroid shot. No antibiotics even though they say its a bacterial ear infection |

I remember the navy docs would give out 800mg Ibuprofen and Entex LA as the go-to medicine whenever I would get sick, come to find out the FDA pulled Entex from the market years ago

it could be alot of things but it sounds like its going into limp mode after it goes into closed loop fueling. Idles fine until it lets the o2 sensor take over then bam its bad. 99% of the time thats a sensor problem. This is why we have obdII and scanners, makes it easy.

Doubt it. If it was going into limp home mode he would only have 1st and 2nd gear on his tranny and a reverse. Also the check engine light would be on.

edit: ^ well yeah, just wish they had the rear oled
well yeah now that i know its only during warmup. like i said, i blame the coolant temp sensor.
even if it was in limp mode, not all cars get stuck in the low gears. MY caddy will get into 5th and my moms escape will go into 6th.
