Easy, yet delicious, Ramen Noodle recipes.
So I would call this "Stoner Recipes 101" but I feel like the mods may frown upon it.
I have made some good concoctions with ramen noodles in the past but felt like I would share the one I came up with today.
Ingredients:
-1 pack of ramen noodles (flavor pack optional)
-cabbage (bok choy if you have it)
-onion
-tomato
-Spam (ooo yeahh)
-soy sauce
-vegetable oil
1) Heat up a pan with vegetable oil in it (about a 1/2 tablespoon)
2) heat a pot with water in it for the ramen.
3) Chop up vegetables and spam to desired portion (I used about a quarter of a tomato, a small amount of cabbage, an 1/8th of an onion or so, and 2 small slices of spam)
4) When oil heats up throw spam and veggies in, add some soy sauce, stir around til mixed, throw the lid on and let sit for 1 min or so.
5) When water starts to boil throw in noodles as usual.
6) after a minute of veggies cooking stir around again and leave for another 2 mins or so.
7) Stir flavor pack into noodles if wanted, I didn't.
8) Drain noodles of most of the water
9) When whatever is in the pan is done, throw it all together.
I tried this out for a camping meal, it's simple and lightweight, not bad either.

How could I forget.
I added Sirachi and some other asian style sauce when done. Sirachi goes in any ramen related food I make, trust me

this. if you want to add a meat, go for it.
also, only half the seasoning packet, the seasoning packets are like 99% salt anyway.
also, sriracha. It's the ultimate seasoning.

You're buying ramen because it's cheap right?
It's just noodles, it isnt rocket science to make your own for alot less.

You mean actually making the noodles themselves? It's a pain in the ***, not worth the effort.

Cook the ramen and then drain all the water out. Add parmesan cheese. Add sriracha. The best damn ramen on the planet.

It's been a while since I cooked ramen. Just go to an Asian market and buy noodles, produce, meat and sauce. It tastes way better and not much more expensive. There's also a 1001 ramen recipe book.

Usually if I cook asian style noodles I buy Soba (Japanese buckwheat noodles) from the local Oriental market market and cook them up separately (in a similar fashion to ramen, though with shorter time usually) and make a stir fry with boneless chicken, some soy sauce, siracha, veggies, mushrooms, oyster sauce, and some other things.
That makes for a good meal. Quite filling, doesn't take long to make, but cost more than ramen recipes. I like making Japanese style foods though, if I make anything extravagant it's probably a Japanese recipe.

This is better.
You need a packet of ramen, a pot, water, eggs, sugar, cheese (Parmesan is best), and some jack Daniels.
Step 1: boil half a pot of water.
Step 2: put noodles in the water when it starts boiling.
Step 3: pour flavor packet in water.
Step 4: throw all the other ingredients away (unless you want some jack)
Step 5: put in bowl and eat.
Wallah!

So you just buy unhealthy stuff because you are too lazy to experiment or cook a decent meal? Makes sense.
How is soba, bok choy, oyster sauce, and siracha, not asian?
I think you are jealous because you are young and mom won't let you use the stove
