Turn it 180 degrees, and pull up. Keep your thumb over the hole in the back of the bolt, so the spring doesn't fly out.

Not working so far! It wont even turn 180! 90' at most! I had to clamp it down for it to even start to go past 90'!

Maybe try turning it counter clockwise then clockwise if it didnt work. It happened to me once and I just put alot of muscle into it. Then when you do get it out, maybe clean it out in there.

Push bolt pin half way into bolt, twist the pin 90', pull pin out.

It seems like you're having way too much problems with what's supposed to be simple. The Pooty bolt may have tolerances that were not made for all pins to fit loosely. If you've pulled it half way up, can get it to turn, just force pull it out and make sure you have your finger on the end hold to make sure you don't lose the spring and plunger.
If anything I'm willing to bet the grooves at the bottom of the pin that sit on the ram got bent outwards so it stops you from pulling it out all the way.

It isn't bent! It's being able to turn and all! I've done is 1000 times with other Ego bolts! Pootys stuff is junk , along with the customer service! I don't want to force it

He got this bolt used. So I or he have no idea what the past owner did to the bolt in terms of the detent and spring. I even replaced his torn bolt tip for free and he still wanted more free stuff. After some back and forth with threats like "You wont be around for long" directed at me I told him I didn’t need this and to go away. I help out anybody that is nice and respectful. If you give me crap your going to get it in return. You can only take so much from bad customers...
Suck it up and just pull it out.... But at this point I am pretty sure even the pull pin is damaged from whatever you did to it that we don’t know about.

I didn't want free stuff, I wanted the stuff I sent you that you stated you would replace (I have every email screenshot; both mine and yours). There was not a threat stated! After you proved your business skills with which aren't up to par with how you should treat customers, you don't deserve customers like me! Trust me "Pooty", I'm not the only one who thinks about you this way! There are a lot out there! You posting in my thread attacking me won't hurt me, only you!
What ever happen to "Anything else you say will not be looked at" that you sent in the email? I simply wanted what I sent you back! Never free stuff! You are the one that will be lacking loyal customers! Good day to you sir! Good day

It's not working, which is why I am making a post on it! I've pushed it in 50% of the way, twisted but it only goes 90' instead of 180' in order to pull it out!

I'm pulling with enough force to get it out of a Cure 3 bolt, so it should be the same for this one! Will the pin and plunger in the Pooty bolt fit a cure 3?

If you want to mail me your bolt and pay for return shipping, I'll go ahead and do it for you. I had the same problem before, and all you have to do is force pull it out. The tolerances are not perfect and this will happen occasionally.
What's the reason you need it out in the first place?

I want to part all the stuff out, and keep the Ego stock so I have $ to add for a 1.0! I need the pin for the stock bolt! Will the spring and plunger on the Pooty bolt fit cure bolt

Yes it should. As long as you're swapping only the bolt you should be fine.
IMO that's a mistake! Trading a reliable, efficient, and arguably the best Ego for a talking, hoseless, not updated talking shocker is a bad choice. I had a Luxe 1.0. I got rid of it fast.
