Okay, i have a 2.0 and have only used it once for about 4 hrs. Now when i air it up there is a leak from where the bolt pulls out. Should i replace my O rings already? When i pull the bolt out then try to put it back in, the O rings act as if they don't want to slide in the opening??? I haven't set up my board as of yet too, that is my next step. So any feeback on what settings i would go with would be nice too. THANKS

I would just inspect all the orings on your drive for any signs of wear. Pay special attention to all the orings located on the back of the drive/lever

Have you cleaned and lubed the bolt assembly?

Yes i lubed it the other day when finished playing. I have only shot about 3 cases through it and it' leaking already??? Any recommendation on board settings. Thanks

Check the 1x2.5mm Orings

It is the 1x2.5mm o-rings - its a common issue.

You have to be careful about opening and closing the back properly. If there is any resistance at all, stop and start over again. The housing the plunger goes into can easily strip the o-rings and cause that leak. I've done it twice myself personally.

Good luck finding those o-ring sizes too. They do not come standard in any o-ring kit for the luxe I have seen. You will specifically have to look for replacements in that size.

I pulled my o-rings out put the bottom one of the top and top one on the bottom and overlubbed them. It was a temporary fix until I could find replacement.

It appears to me that those two orings do come with a oem Luxe oring kit.

Ah weird, every kit I've looked at didn't have them.

The monkey full kit with 10x rebuild didn't have them and when I asked him he said they don't have them at all but could special order them for me if I wanted them.

Thanks for your input and the illustration on the O rings. I took the entire assembly and checked the O rings and relubed everything. Still experiencing a leak by the rear pull???

Just start replacing the ones listed to cause a leak out of the back cap then. Best advice I can give.

The OEM kit (factory kit) includes them.
