SOV productions is proud to present their second game for 2013, Vietnam, ' the Tet Offensive'.

The year is 1968. The location South Vietnam( Skirmish USA). There is a truce between the American Armed Forces and the Viet Cong. But it's all a ruse. The Viet Cong are preparing to launch a lightning surprise attack all across the country at the Americans..

So come to Skirmish USA on Sunday, September 8th, 2013, pick a side, and relive some of these classic battles.

Don't simply want to run and gun? That's great too!! Because there will be tanks. There will be bunker busting. There will be role players. All new mission types, and all kinds of fun, on and off field.

The Generals have been chosen, so if you want to fight for your favorite or support a particular side, pick it...

The American General is Alan 'Shaggy' Mendel if Team Predator.

The Biet Cong General is Pete ' Cookie Monster' Murphy of Exiled Souls.

Are the Marines going to be surrounded in a base or something or is this just a big game style thing with 2 teams starts on either side of the field?

The game style is going to be kind of a mix of a lot of other game styles. If you wanna just bash away at each other you can I guess, but you'd be missing the point. And as the writer, I'll drop a hint here, there aren't really 2 sides of the field....

And yes, it is Viet Cong, The Count just can't type.

Ok fixed somewhat... However I would be loving to a. Make said cookies, and b. Eat said cookies, I am prolific for burning said cookies, and can not eat any such cookies (diabetes and all)
However I do like coming out and playing some paintball. If you want to come out and have a good time, come play this game. If you want to have a little more fun come play for me. Either way its going to be a great game. I hope everyone has a great Holiday season... and look forward to this game in 2013... In the meantime I have a daughter that needs to learn how to eat the cookies i can no longer eat...

Pete you make giggle... It should be a very good game from the little the producers have revealed to us. So far they seem to be on the right track with the game set up and gist of game play. It will be twist of what we normally do anyway.
