DAM i need help

I just got a brand new DAM, i aired it up shot fine but broke a ball, so i had to take the bolt out to get a swab through it. The back half of the bolt unscrewed from the front so i had to use the swab the push it thru. Re attached the bolt and put it back it then it starts leaking. I thought the bolt was unscrewed so i took it out reapplied greese to the outter orings then put it back in, now when i air it up it fires and seals the bolt foward but doesnt leak or fire. Please help

I am going to try and help you out, when i got my DAM it had way too much lube on it as well. So i would start by taking the old lube and clean off and re apply new lube to it, do this the the whole bolt, I put just enough to fill the grooves where the o-rings sit. Also when screwing the two parts back together, get the tight, hand tight. This will help stop the two parts separate when unscrewing the back cap part.

replace the 017 can o ring, 014 boost tube o ring and 015 main bolt sail o ring, might want to replace the 009's on the back of the bolt. LIGHTLY lube your DAM's bolt : ( residual air is blown out near the board ) over lubing will blow lube onto the board. try a smaller bore size barrel. bring dwell back to 18 or 19.
lubing your H2 will do nothing. The only time you need to worry about a matrix's reg is when the gun drops off when it is set to factory default, meaning the the recharge rate of the reg is poor. The shims never need to be lubed.
