Missoula Paintball Players

Hello Missoula Ballers, my name is Darren, some of you know me, and I just met some of you at the City Life Paintball Tournament. There where 40 or so speedball players at City Life's Tournament, and most of us are Missoulians. We have all of these teams, but we never play together. We all go our own separate ways on Sunday. I would like to see the teams communicate with each other so we can play together in the future. That's why I started this thread. Please respond to threads with names, teams, contact information and anything Paintball. Thank You All

The Madcows

We are just a group of guys who really love to play paintball. We play every Sunday. The Madcow Field is an air bunker field off Butler Creek Road.

Directions

From N. Reserve in Missoula take Broadway West just past the airport. You will see Butler Creek Road to your right. Make a right on Butler Creek Road. Go about 4 or 5 blocks and you will pass underneath the highway. After passing underneath the highway take your first gravel road to the left. You will see the field about 100 yards down the gravel road on the left hand side.

Paint, Field and Air Fees

Field fees are free if you use our paint, $5 per person field fee if you use your paint.
Air is $5 all day.
Paint is anywhere from $40 to $50 a case, or $10 to $15 for 500.

I saw this field the other day and it got me pumped. Its been a few years since I played last. I have a couple questions:
What kind of guns are you guys shooting? Egos?
how many people show on a typical day? Ages of people?

Darren,

Played in the last tourney against you guys, had a great time. Heard about the field, how big a setup do you guys have out there? The last time I was out there was a few years ago when Keller had the woods section up, back when Ronnie Jeremy and Jesse were with the team. Out in G Falls now, but planning on making some trips back n forth to the Zoo. What time do you guys usually get setup and play till?

Just wanted to say thanks to all the teams that came out and played at the CityLife tournament. You all played great and made reffing pretty easy. Hope to see you guys on a Sunday for some scrimmages.

Darren: good practice tonight, looking forward to running more drills next week. Feels good to get back out on the field and working on my game

Hey Chris shoot me an email if you wish - darrendsc@yahoo.com. We shoot Axes, Ego's, Geo's, Timmie's, Anything that works good. We were shooting PSP capped at 12.5. I think we are switching too Semi capped at 15 for the guys who want to get to Vegas this year. Our field is a full sized Air Ball Field. The ages range from 11 through 45 years old. We have anywhere from 10 to 15 people out every week and its growing.

Hello. Glad to here from you. Its the Madcow field. The third post in this forum has directions, and more details. We are usually at the field by 10, and ready to play by 11 am on Sunday. We stay all day. We have a full size air ball field. We would love to have you out.

Missoula 3 Man Paintball Tournament

Where: Madcow Paintball Field
When: July 29th

Paint And Tourney Fees
$80 to enter your team of 3 if registered on or by July 22nd
$90 to enter your team of 3 if registered after July 22nd
$40 - $45 a case for paint
HP Air is provided, no Co2

Rules
PSP capped at 12.5 bps, or Semi capped at 12.5 bps
Field Paint Only
Captains meeting @ 9am

Prizes
Medals for 1st 2nd and 3rd place.
At the end of the tournament we will do a raffle for paintball prizes

Thanks to everyone who showed up this weekend at the Madcow field, we had a great turnout, and allot of fun. Looks like the field will be open this coming weekend. Ill see you there. Also practice is at Wednesdays @ 6pm.
