The scavenger way.. spring can be found in clicker pens, and I've used pins from the lids of broken pods.
And there's always Destructive Customs for all your AKA needs.

broken pods! i always use nails, but i'm changing tactics now!

You have to be lucky though, different makers use different sizes, but I did use those pins for some things in the past.
