layout anyone? I dont understand why nppl doesnt release layouts as early as possible, because the earlier they are out, the more people can play the layouts and get excited about the tournaments... IF no layout is out, there is nothing to practice, nothing to get excited about, etc...

They probably do not post it up months in advance to be more fair to the players who can't afford to practice every day of the week (exaggeration).
Much like why the PSP stopped releasing their layouts so far in advance a few seasons ago.
