OK I thought I knew everything there is to know about aka markers but guess I'm wrong. I have an excel with Pandora and I have checked and adjusted all settings it shoots just fine just acts like its capped and yes the battery is new and the eyes are working, can anyone think of anything I'm missing, oh yea its an 03 with eyes and Mac noids help me out.
Yea there is a reason because it can and its not function properly I know what an excal is supposed to shoot like and I know its slower then a viking. Thanks for the help
mac noids and pandora, you explained it yourself. Macs are slower than humps and the pandora board is oldoldold. Find yourself a nice used m5 or atleast a was and that will help a little.
The eye's might be malfunctioning during shooting. Guns will cap themselves when the eyes tend to do that, whether they get dirty during use, come loose, or get misaligned. Also, a more customizable board would be a very good idea.
I love a well performing Excal, closed bolt at phenomenal speeds:
Yea I thought it might be the eyes but they seem to working fine but I guess I'm gonna get the new ebisu tadao board and some new eyes and see what happens
Try a second battery - excals with pandoras and mac noids really eat up the juice, and sometimes batteries can come out of the package low.
It's likely to be an issue with the eyes. They may be working, but malfunctioning. The WAS board caps at 13 when anything happens with the eyes, I think the pandora does also. Check to see if they're getting pinched at the hole cut for them behind the eye covers, or inside the body. There's a lot of wire in there and it's easy to get pinched.
Check the connection on the front noid. The wires on the older mac noids seem to get really brittle after a while, and if you have macs in there, then they're original. It may not be getting enough juice, and that may be the issue.
Front bolt o-ring, is it worn, getting caught on the wire detent?
How sticky is your ram? The o-rings may be shot and in need of replacement. If you dont have the tools to take the cartridges apart, then it's easier to send it to DC and let jared work on it.
If you do send it in, stress that you don't want Fsrxc1 touching it. He couldn't spell cat if you spotted him the C and the T.

Excals weren't known for their bps. The Vikings were. Is there a reason you want more than 13bps?
Vikings and Excals can cycle fully at twice that speed with relative ease. Both markers are known for their speed.
My Pandora board locks at 13bps when the eyes are engaged, but are crudded up or not working properly. IIRC the original Excalibur Nelson board was actually capped at 13 or 14 bps. I've never had any problems with any of my Pandoras, I think eyes will most likely end up being your problem - no need to blow your wad on a Musashi or Ebisu
Get an m5 board. The ebisu on an excal just doesn't seem to operate as well as in a viking... My excal just wouldn't roll on the Ebisu board. Put an m5 or a Pandora w/ rMod4.2 on it and it would rip.
