I'm not too savvy when it comes to names of gpu's and processors man so that's just a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me. I'll tell you I have an Asus G53s notebook that has an i7 and a 460m gpu and I run it with all the texture packs and what not, on ultra beautifully. So, if you get stellar frame-rate with the un-modded game on ultra then you should have no problem.
All you do is click the workshop for the game. And people have already made collections of mods. Click on the "collections" tab on top. It's simply a matter of "subscribing" to the mods, should be a little green button. Once you've done that and picked the mods, the Skyrim launcher should say (near the bottom, in small text) that it's downloading them. The launcher installs them for you. Just make sure you stick with the collections if you want to run more than one mod just because not all mods run together. Most of the mods I run are all in the "Graphics Overhaul" collection pack.
Note: One mod that ***-raped my computer was the one for "more grass" or something along those lines. Like in most games, more terrain decoration, the lesser the performance.
