Just an FYI everyone. The field will be limited on food and drink. So it is advised to bring something to eat and pack lots of drinks. We might be able to figure out a way to preorder pizza if anyone is interested. I'll fill y'all in on that later.... Little more then two weeks and game on!!!!

Did you know that in the Virgin Islands the local west Indians tell stories of how the Frenchies police them selves, and "Don't do anything stupid on the North side or the Frenchies will cut you up and put you in a lobster trap". Apparently even the criminals are afraid of the French there. With that being said, lets see if we can instill the fear of the French into those silly colonials come April.

Official Game Rules:

Store:
There will be a store for the Generals to purchase items at. Some items will be virtual and some actual (IE: the artillery battery will be virtual. Sorry I’m not building a cannon… )

Money:
Scattered across the field will be SoV Bucks. You will find them in various places, like in a fort, or a briefcase or just willie nilly on the ground. You can sell props for money or keep them for points, your choice. There will be a point/price listed provided to the generals for consideration.

Medic:
The Medic (when equipped with the mobile hospital) is an on field respawn point. There will be 2 medic cards per side for the duration of the day. The medic cards can be handed in to the general for re-assignment. ONLY the general or his XO can re-assign a medic card to a player. The Medic is allowed to carry a marker to engage in the fight if he/she so chooses.
Mobile Field Hospital:
The mobile field hospital is a prop that only the Medic can use. It must be with the medic in order to “Heal” dead players. When a player is shot out, he/she can tag back in at the mobile field hospital and get back in the game immediately. If the medic is shot while carrying the mobile field hospital, he/she must drop the prop where they stand and reinsert back at their own base. Once reinserted, the medic can retrieve the hospital and continue on. Only the MEDIC or the command staff can retrieve the hospital. **see Artillery and LAW rules for exception to the medic/hospital
Dead Players:
Dead players can have the choice of
A) find the mobile hospital to reinsert
-see above rules
B) Go back to their own command post to reinsert
-when you get to the base all you need to do is tag the base to come back in
C) leave the field to the picnic area or main dead box
-when returning to the game, you must go to the main dead box where a ref will escort you to your base every 15 minutes. You will be a live player once you tag your base.
If your command post is under siege (enemy is within the base perimeter) you will be re-directed to a neutral area where you will be let loose to hunt your prey. Attackers beware of players coming in from behind during your siege. This is your only warning!

Law Cards:
There will be 2 Law cards for side for the duration of the day Starting AFTER the opening battle and Ending Prior to Final battle. Due to the amount of players that use a LAW, it will be encouraged for the generals to rotate the cards throughout the day so all players can use their LAW’s. Only the general or his XO can assign/reassign the law card.

Bunker busting:
Standard Rules apply to this. If a bunker is hit with a rocket, the players behind said bunker will be called out. Keep in mind there are some 100’ long bunkers and walls on the field, so if you hit one of these, the entire bunker will not be called out. The blast radius will be set at 10’. The ref has the final call on the field. Please notify a ref when you are going to use your law.
There are some structures on the field as well. If you land a rocket in the middle of one of these, all players within said structure will be called out(up to a 15’ blast radius)
**The field medic cannot heal these players as they would be nothing more than a stain on the ground..

You can destroy the enemy command post with either a rocket or dynamite. You must be within a predetermined (clearly marked) base perimeter in order to use your LAW to blow up the base. No long ballin it from the middle of the field. Dynamite works in the same fashion except you must place the charge on the base and notify a ref that you detonated it. Once the base is destroyed it is dead for a period of 15 minutes. No points will score during the DEAD period. Once the 15 minutes is up, it cannot be destroyed again for 45 minutes. All attackers will be asked to vacate the area in order to reset the base and keep the game moving forward. The base is worthless after you destroy it so beat it and we’ll see you in an hour!
Command post:
Your CP will be a safe zone for you to use during the day. Bring your props here to score points. Props will score on the 30 min mark. Make sure your CP stays live all day so that your points continue to score. If a base is destroyed, any props being held there will be considered destroyed as well and will be re-distributed on the field, this includes your artillery battery as well(you will have to purchase another one if you want to continue to use artillery). Players will be reinserting from this position all day as well, if a base is destroyed, you cannot re-insert until it is live again. Go find the field hospital!! Players can wait inside the CP for it to go live again. There will be NO spawn camping within the Base perimeter. Refs will kick you out of that area if you are found.


Props:
All FIELD props are Drop Props except SoV Dollars. If you find a prop on the field and get shot while carrying it back to your base, you must drop it where you stand. No throwing it to a teammate or hiding it behind a bunker.
Any mission prop GIVEN to you by your C.O. is yours to keep. If the general gives you dynamite to blow something up, you do not have to drop that if you are shot.
There will be props scattered all over the field. Certain props will be marked for a specific side (red or blue) ONLY TAKE WHAT BELONGS TO YOU, you will get no points for the other teams props. If the prop is not marked red or blue, then it is a neutral prop and both sides can lay claim to it. After a prop is scored on the 30 min mark, it will be re-distributed on the field. This will give you the op to re-collect the same prop and score more points.

Poison card: Your special forces teams, Indians and Colonials, will have poison cards on them throughout the day. The Poison cards are used to poison the enemy’s food and water supply. Make sure you check your food and water prior to having the base ref check it in at your base. Points will be awarded to the enemy team if they successfully poison the general.
Artillery :
There will be an artillery battery for purchase at the “store”. This will be available for sale throughout the day starting after opening battle. Artillery can be used all day up to final battle. You can find artillery shells on the field or purchase them at the store. To call in an artillery strike, the general must indicate a location on the map to the base ref. The base ref will then call it in to the field ref. ANY players in that area will be called out immediately and they must return to the CP to reinsert.
**The field medic cannot heal these players as they would be nothing more than a stain on the ground.


Safe Zones:
There will be 4 on field safe zones: French CP, British CP, the Bastone, and the main dead zone. These areas will be covered in Piantball netting to protect players. The Bastone is still going to be considered a live area, so DO NOT take your mask off if you are in there. There will be a 10’ perimeter around the bastone designated as a No Shooting area. It will be marked with caution tape.
**BE AWARE OF THE ROAD LEADING UP TO THE MAIN DEAD BOX. IT BORDERS THE FIELD AT ONE POINT. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION NOT TO SHOOT PLAYERS ON THE WAY UP OR DOWN TO THE PICNIC AREA**
