Went up yesterday. First time skiing in 12+ years. I was using some K2 rental skis. 165 with ****ty bindings that popped out every now and again. I had a blast though. It was fun being a beginner again on the slopes. I ended up quitting my instructor job as i'm looking at many other job options and I wouldn't want to work 7 days a week.

Looking at some AT/skin setups currently as I have boots and poles.

Got a great deal, it's $100 for a 2 day pass AND 1 night at a hotel on the mountain, plus $20 for food at a restaurant on the mountain. ONLY for $100, and with tax comes to like $120, but still, phenomenal deal.

I'm looking at cars in the $1000-$1500 range. Definitely not splurging. I'm on the 3rd car i've owned. None have been over $1000. Looking at tele setups right now as there are some cheap ones and I just want to get up there.
