Bolt would be first priority. Boss or Lurker are both great options. On the mini the next thing I would suggest is the trigger. The only reason I would tell you to get a redline is if you like to tweak your settings a lot otherwise the Stock board will work just fine.
Check the stickies in this forum and Incognito gives a great review of all the possible upgrades for the Mini and axe

depending on what level you want to play on...the stock mini rips out of the box and can deliver on its promises..
now, to bring it to the next level...(and after considering what your finances will allow)..and assuming you already have an electronic hopper and an HPA tank..
my own 2-cents, and in my order of priority:
(a) a better barrel system that will allow you to paint-bore match
(b) an aftermarket trigger (hate the sideway slop on the stock one)
(c) a clamping feedneck
(d) on/off asa -- go EMPIRE RELAY!!
(e) shockwave board at the very least
(f) THEN YOU BUY AN AFTERMARKET BOLT -- boss, lurker...
CHECK THE STICKIES FOR EXTRA INFO ON UPGRADES..

#1----Shockwave board if equipped with the Optimus
#2 (#1 if equipped with Shockwave)---Relay on/off. Tanks are a pain to remove without it, and eventually thread damage will occur.

I was using a stock axe and stock mini today. I don't mind the side to side play, but the trigger return feels too loose to me. Its easier to flutter a trigger that pushes back.
I'd do the trigger first myself . Have fun either way!

A Violent trigger made my Mini into a paint splinger, and it comes with their awesome trigger pin that doesn't require a punch to remove. I personally don't see the reason to even buy the Relay on/off ASA. You can get a Violent trigger AND 7th Element board for the same price as the Relay. Add a lurker/boss bolt and small bore barrel for the best results.
