lifting weights is pointless at that weight. the benefits to doing cardio are far superior to those of lifting weights.

id rather save weight lifting for a plateau and like i said, there are no added benefits to lifting weights when youre that heavy.

edit: im just saying whats worked for me btw. i prefer a ketogenic diet for weightloss over anything as it makes me feel better, as with doing large amounts of cardio.

yea we might not be giving him the best advice we can, but you are actually misinforming him so pls gtfo

reminds me of this hs senior who stopped me in the weightroom this week and wanted to talk about how lifting heavy doesnt go well with losing weight, because doing high rep stuff burns the fat right off your body

are you saying that you can gain significant muscle and lose weight at the same time? why do you think people bulk and cut and bulk and cut? because you cant efficiently do both at the same damn time.

im fat as **** still but science works if youre fat, skinny, or retarded so not sure what my physique has to do with anything.
