Where did all the prism and color spectra lenses disappear to? The yellow prism is fantastic... But i can't find it anywhere anymore.

The eflex came out. There's no need to make a bunch of lenses for the pro flex.

Hey, fun fact of the day, the Proflex had new releases too. They also stopped making cool Eflex lense patterns and they produced them fine side by side for years, so it is actually kind of a mystery.

Hey. Fun fact of the day. The Eflex was designed to be the Proflex but better. The Proflex lenses don't fit the Eflex, so why make Proflex lens when it's a 6+ year old mask that's been replaced...

Actually the Spectra 260 lens system that the ProFlex, Flex7, Flex8, Flex IZE, ProShield, etc use is ~15yrs old.

Also, Empire still sells the Flex frames as part of a lower end mask.

And... XSV distributes the JT ProFlex (and a few other JT products), so it hasn't been replaced.

OP not sure why KEE is not selling the lens anymore. You may wanna try and contact your distributor. I'll ask our guy just to let them know there's still a market for them.

Empire's site still lists a few spectra lens colors, but only the prism is chrome. My only guess is the other prism colors weren't popular enough. Company won't make something that doesn't sell well.

Actually prism/ colored spectra lenses have not been sold for years. Prism was the lens that was put in the flex 7 ize line. Once that line was discontinued those lenses faded out as well as other colored lenses.

Lemme try ....fun fact of the day their Vidar goggle system uses the spectra lens.

Prizm lenses scratched easily. I imagine that's why they don't make them anymore. They only looked good as long as you left your mask on the shelf.

Also, my yellow prism lasted a little under a season without scratches.
