Can it be done? And who? American flag g6r
Hello guys wanting to get my g6r anno'd in the off season and have something special in mind. Hoping its something that can be anno'd with only laser accent. Let me know your thoughts and a directiom of who could pull it off would be great!

You could do a Blue to red fade and laser the white in. There are stickies at the top of this forum for both Annodizers and Lasering services.

Gotcha it was something I wanted to know if was possible before I hit them up. Is it possible to do the wave white/stars with anno?

Technically yes. If you found someone that could do a good white anno, which from what I understand can be tough, yes. You would anno it white, then mask the stars and white areas, which could be tough to get them perfect. Then you'd do the blue, mask it, and then the red. |

Yeah I've understood the problem doing white but a clear would do fine for me. I guess I wanted to know if it can be masked then anno'd and it sounds like yes so thanks!

unless there has been some sort of recent scientific breakthrough, you cannot anodize white. its just dust clear. that job would require a lot of masking. how companies do the 'pictures' is a screening process that involves an expensive anodizing machine run by a computer. And to my knowledge, the last custom anodizing company that did that kind of work was Odd. I could be wrong.
edit: I'm not saying it cannot be done, there would just be a pretty price tag associated with it. your best bet is FX Anodizing

Figured it would take something big to do the image but I understand clear/silver is the best white that can really be done but I will now be contacting all the anno shops I know for their opinions and quotes

What about hydro dipping? Can they be that accurate or does it have to be a pattern?

Your best bet would be to email annodizing companies with the picture asking them if they can do it.
