Unscrew the button and check the orings. They may need to be replaced or at least relubed. You'll need 2 allens to remove the button.

isnt it supposed to vent when you open it? When it is closed, it should hold pressure

No. It doesn't just sit and vent out the tank pressure when you turn it off. It should hold pressure when it is on. If it isn't, you probably have bad orings. I just finished replacing the o's in one of the ones I have. There are 3 10/90 orings in it. You'll need 2 3/16" allens. when putting the screw side of the button on DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN IT!

those hybrid push buttons were known for being hard on o-rings, so its most likely the cause. pro-rookies vid should show you just what you need to do to fix it.

I cant find the O rings in there. When i took out the button which i called the bolt. the space is hollow and just holes in it. I put greased on the button and slid it through the asa and screwed in the other button on the other side. I tested it out and air still comes out the side when i open it. and its starting to come out when its closed. I need that video so i can fix it.

I wasnt rushing u or anything. I was just telling them what was going on. Thank you so much for the video. I did as u did and lubed the o rings and the inside. I put it back together only to find out it lets all the air out when i close it. I will get new o rings tomorrow and report back. Thank you for making the video.

Oh, I know I wasn't rushed. You're welcome. It just so happened that I had to fix one I had after I responded to your post. So it all works out! I hope others see the video and can be helped by it.
