Sly Profit Mask
I have a question im buying this mask and dont really like the colors for it. The colors i really like are the neon yellow and orange but i wanted to know if there is psp regulations for those colors to be banned because they are the color of most fillings. If it isnt allowed then its most likely local tournaments will hav that same rule. I have used the mask and like it so please dont suggest me buying a different one.

essentially, if you want to play it safe, don't wear a bright/fluorescent color.

Check your local field, aside from small local tournaments yellow should be the only Banned color you run into.

I believe orange is banned in CFOA. I'm not sure about other brands, but I've been told to just stay away from orange and yellow
EDIT: Did I really just say brands?! I must have been on autopilot. I meant leagues lol

If you want a mask that definitively will not be a problem, avoid any neon colors, especially yellow and pink. It's true that yellow is the protected color in most leagues and that's the one you should expect not to use. However, you're still begging for trouble with orange, especially neon orange. I should remind you that ultimately, every call is at the discretion of the referees, and even if you are not explicitly barred from using an orange mask, you can expect it to be a problem. If you're smart you'll get a predominantly red or black mask. These colors go with most jersey/gear combinations and do not put a bullseye on your face every time you pop your head out.

I agree! Bright colors are pretty but not practical in any sense. Especially if you want to play tournament ball. All it takes is for one or two refs to have a problem seeing paint on your hopper or mask and it's gone.
For the sake of your own game.......bright colors on masks and hoppers WILL draw the eyes of players not looking directly at you. It will put you at a disadvantage during games. It' will cost you missed shots and get you shot when you may have otherwise gone unnoticed.

My history may be cloudy, but wasn't orange the original "protected color" and then after a season or two it became yellow? Either way, these guys are right, it's best just to avoid them both and not have to worry about getting calls made against you, or arriving at an event and finding out that you have equipment that is against the rules.

No yellow.
Orange associated w/ ref usually.
So essentially, I'd skip both. Besides, why would you want to stand out?
