Can a Typhoon be anodized?

Hey guys!

Not sure if this is in the right area, however, I feel that the knowledge of Palmer's markers will be the greatest in this section. Anyways, I was looking to possibly anodize a Nasty Typhoon, maybe a blue to green fade. I was just wondering if this is possible with brass. I know Palmers uses matte paint, but would anodizing work too? Many thanks!

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. Copper cannot be usefully anodized.

I'd rough it up, clean and degrease, and apply a self etching primer or just duracoat the bejesus out of it. http://www.mcarterbrown.com/forums/c...oat-brass.html
