I already contacted the seller but i would like the Moderator insight on this transaction. I have bought two iphones (AT&T and Verizon) from this seller.
The condition of phones stated by seller: First ATT Iphone he says it been keep in a case and its in good condition. And the second iPhone Verizon he says it has a broken power button and has a brand new back.
Receiving the ATT iPhone it wasn't as good condition. Here are pictures:
And the Verizon iPhone he says it has a brand new back to it but when i got it there was a cracked on the back where the camera is at. It probably wasn't his fault (maybe mishandle by post office) but still his responsibility for product to stay in the condition as stated.
My argument is that if you were buying something online and the goods was damage along the way. Even though the seller did package it very good, it is still the seller responsibility to fix the problem.
Furthermore, he did state that the power button was stuck/damage but neglect to say that the phone was water damage. When I told him about that he stated that he did not know about it even though he replaced the screen which to me he must have notice the water indicator is red and the screws are rusted.

I asked him for a partial refund of $50 which I keep the phones or a full refund and ill return the phones. But he refuse both options.
