Manifold Leak

I fixed it momentarily and know what the problem is. It's just going to take a long time to get parts in. Thanks for all the help everyone The Luxe community is great (except for the guy that sold me this gun...)

Hey everyone, when I adjust my manifold screw to around 3-4 turns in the solenoid starts leaking from that area upon airing the marker up.

There a video of what's going on. It works on every setting before 3 turns in, and sometimes works at 3 1/2 turns in.

What's been done so far: Cleaned reg, tried a different reg, lightly greased manifold orings, lightly greased orings on top of the solenoid, made sure the transfer oring is in good condition.

The manifold screw only effects the marker on the forward stroke of the bolt. It makes no seals. I would check the screws that hold the noid to the manifold.

Right, which is why this is confusing me.
I just tried tightening the screws further, but I could only get one screw to go maybe 1/8th of a turn further in. Still leaks

Alright new update:
Gun leaks at any manifold setting,
it looks like it's the seals in between the manifold or on the top of solenoid. Anyone know the size?

The ones you are asking about are 2.5x1mm. If these are your problem and you don't get them by the end of the week, you can get them from Jen or I at Ohare this weekend.

Try swapping the reg with the reg off another marker and seeing if it still leaks? Maybe be over-pressurizing due to reg creep.

It's not this problem. It leaks no matter what.

the manifold adjusts how fast the bolt moves backwards.
feather touch controls forward movement of the bolt.
just wanted to clear that up
also what ended up being the issue im curious

I am having the same problem with my luxe 1.0 that someone just traded me. Would it be a broken solenoid? How bad would that leak?

Mine ended up being bad orings on this portion of the inner workings of the solenoid (I'm not sure exactly what to call it. Maybe the piston? Valve? something like that.)

It could be, but it's highly unlikely. Is it leaking from that exact same spot?
