Frozen Geo 2.1
HELP!
Okay first off, my Geo has been very inefficient since I bought it used. After a thorough cleaning and some new O rings, it's still only getting about 6-8 pods per 68/45 tank.
The other day, I was playing some speedball and after about 2 pods my gun started to freeze. Literally freeze! There was frost on the barrel the frame, the reg, the Asa, the tank reg, everything was freezing. Is this normal? I'm shooting far less than a lot of players.

i have only seem barrels get frosted with hpa during long rapid shooting, but never the rest of the marker. Have you try reset to stock settings?

Sorta. After stock settings, I reduced dwell and changed the rebound preset. Other than that, it's stock.

whats dwell at now
also what was the temp outside. When I play and it below 30* my reg gets frost along with the barrel.

My dwell is at 11.0
The day it froze, it was 45 degrees and I was laneing pretty hard. It sounds like the same thing would probably happen with your Geo's. What's a "normal" amount of paint I should get out of a 68/45 tank?

Huh, we'll that's kinda disappointing. Oh we'll, I still love the gun. I guess it's just a good reason to get another, more efficient, marker.

I could get almost 6 with my 50/45.
I know people getting 7-9 with a 68.
if you do a quick search there is a geo2 efficiency thread

I retuned it this weekend and got the dwell down to 5. There seems to be a bit more efficiency now. Not sure it the dwell had anything to do with it, but it seems to shoot smoother and more accurately. Probably my imagination.

it actually shot consistantly at a dwell of 5ms?
i get 1200-1300 on a hot fill 68/45. dwell at 10.5
