What is the current rate as of 2012 to get 68/4500 HT? Preferably someone local in Phx, AZ area or I dont mind shipping it out and waiting few weeks if the over all cost is noticeably lower.

I know Crossfire does them for 30.00 but you have to send it to Kalamazoo, mich..

Ask a local pro shop. There are usually scuba places around that will do it. I always ship mine to Ninja. They will also do a complete reg check when you send yours in. Never had a problem with them.
