Let me rephrase, running like a mile or two like once a week you'll be fine but doing multiple miles everyday won't help you build muscle

I typically hit the gym 5-6 days a week and do heavy weight training 4-5 days per. I always throw in cardio at the end of working out. I also try to make 1-2 of the days CrossFit/HIIT style training. Everyday for work I walk about a mile to and from my parking lot. I am a neuro rehab therapist at The Institute of Rehabilitation and Research (TIRR) in Houston so my job is physically, mentally, and emotionally taxing, thus being in great shape is a must. The perk is the life style is great for playing paintball and it makes for one hell of a stress reliever
The funny and ironic thing is I dislocated and subluxed my patella (kneecap) 4 weeks and have been doing my own therapy along with one of my teammates who is also a physical therapist. I was practicing without knee pads and took a bad slide towards Dorito

You know the best way to save cash?
Don't ever buy a DM.. for $50 you could buy a dm13.

I numbered them for you:
1. Never, unless I can count the occasional run to beat someone in the buffet line?
2. The occasional power walk from the recliner to the kitchen table
3. **** no, I drive 70 miles round trip every day, I put in enough miles
4. No, but does it make women look better?

I believe that one of the guys was an Army ROTC cadet and supposedly fast. I smoked him so bad. In short, the HIIT i was doing at the gym enabled me to do that.

Ya we might have to start the nightly babysitting in the thread again!!

On topic: Got the new batch of magical pooty lube in, spreads on nice like butter. Then come to find out I need new eyes for the watermelon luxe, not registering when something is in the breech Does anyone not use the little foamy things on the back side of the eye latches? wonder if those are really a must have. i know they help put pressure on the eye end and all..

In my experience I needed the foam because the eyes wouldn't sit right. Worst things about the markers IMO, but not a big deal.
