I thought there were a few restrictions with leases. Mileage, maintenance, etc.

You can build a 30k/yr lease and you maintain it like you own it. You can get it serviced anywhere. Most lease the car, buy a Maintenon warranty and wheel and tire warranty. This way there monthly payment is the only money they owe for the car for three years.
