I thought you were referring to more of what someone said in here. Just like the saying "Two wrongs don't make a right." It can be hard to not stoop down to some people's levels in real life situations though.

Kinda. I did my cs project, worked on my engineering group project and dicked around on the internet a bit. I wasn't even procrastinating, I just spent too much time on my easy project and didn't really study.
