It depends on the team. At PSP, my team shot GI 4 star. Best paint ever.

Usually the field/event paint. I've seen a LOT of Valken paint used in my area, almost exclusively Valken.

Most of the time it is just the tournament paint provided by the field or event. Varies from location to location.

I have to say, I'm impressed with the Valken paint I've been using latley. Could be isolated experiences though.

Both Dynasty and Infamous are sponsored by KEE, so they shoot RPS paint at tournaments. I would imagine Ultra Evil, but they may shoot regular Evil or maybe even a custom blend if the weather or such is bad. I would imagine Ultra Evil though. Heat and other GI teams shoot 5 star or maybe 4 star.

USUALLY empire evil/ultra evil
Some people use GI 4/5 star
I love Allstar, it breaks and shoots consistent. Evil and UE is kind of too brittle for me, I get tons of barrel breaks.

allstar is great as well as gi 5 star i know vicious used evil or ultra evil..
if you are getting breaks from shooting ultra evil in your luxe you need to get a better paint to bore or check your pressure and dwell

To answer the question directly, the pros use the highest grade of whatever brand they are sponsored by.

I've seen Empire (RPS), GI, and Valken paint used by a lot of teams.
Whatever pros use however is the best paint that the sponsor has to offer, like "Professional Rookie" said above.

This. I'm sure there is some variation depending on weather, but this is the simplest answer.

At PSP events, the pro teams get their paint off the semi-trailers like everyone else. Only two paint manufacturers at PSP events - either Kee (with their Ultra Evil) or G.I. Sportz with their Imperial 5 Star or 4 Star.
I shoot Kee paint, so I'm more familiar with Ultra Evil, and they usually have two colors available and it's always top notch paint.

Yeah, NPPL Vegas was either Valken or Evil...
I was hearing some of the guys dreading the Valken though because the size of the ball was inconsistent...
But yeah It depends on who there sponsor is also..
