Premium Pillow bolt Kit VS. Premium pillow bolt

Definitely a typo on their part sir. $100 is the price. There is no "kit" it's just the bolt.

Bob Long G6R Premium Pillow Bolt Kit
These bolts are for the G6R and family of guns. They were designed from the ground up to be softer on paint, more efficient, and more consistent than the stock bolt.
The design is also pinless which makes the marker look more refined / finished.

This slightly less expensive version has a traditional vertical pull pin, but still has the new air efficient and super soft pillow bolt.

looks like they are selling them with and without the pin

so does it come with the traditional pin? thats what it looks like it says but can someone confirm this? i highly doubt there is a $25 dollar difference just between 2 pins.

Wow, $25 just for the pin difference?

I like the pinless look though.

Read the thread again. Compulsive is selling the premium bolt with the new pin for $100 and the premium bolt without the pin for $75. He's not comparing a Premium bolt ($100) to a pillow bolt ($40)

$75 vs $40 is reasonable for the new design. Also currently high demand/low supply well see what they settle down too

25 isn't that much more for a different pin. I swear it's marketing mojo. if they sell the whole thing at 97.99, then no one would complain to begin with. But as soon as its three digits, they **** a chicken

I really don't think it's the 3 digit thing that sets off alarms. IMO it is the fact the a number of g6r owners, including myself, bought used for $500 to $600. The budget vs performance question lingers because this is nearly 20% of what was paid for marker.

Nope I'm just from a time when the rule for bolts was "If it's aluminum, get delrin, if it's delrin, don't touch it".
