So I just bought my first electronic gun, the GOG Extcy, and I would like to know which batteries would give me optimum use and performance.

I usually run Duracells in my guns, and lithium AA's in my hoppers. I did pick up some lithium 9 volts to try out in my guns, but haven't had a chance to run them yet.

thanks for the reply. I compared the two and the lithium seems like it performs better. I'm contemplating if i should purchase rechargeable lithium?

Duracell, Energizer, Rayovac, i use all 3 (whatever is on sale, or whatever is closest to the door in any particular store). Rayovac 9v's seem to be a tiny bit larger in size, though, i've had issues getting them in some guns - like they're a millimeter or two too wide.

I'd recommend rechargeables, but if you're anything like me, you'll forget to charge em every time.

I use Sanyo Eneloop rechargeable AA's in my rotor, they work great and they're rechargeable! Keep a backup set for when you forget to recharge, they hold 75% charge for up to 3 years.

Make sure to use quality 9v batteries for the SP/GOG markers. They don't seem to like generic brands.

AmazonBasics on amazon.com you can get 20 AA's for 8.15 and I've had longer charges with these than the Duracell's.

as long as you use name brand (energizer, duracell, energy paintball) it doesnt matter.

I use energizer in my extcy and it works awesome, and i also use energizer AA's for my Halo Too with no problems.

Lithium energizer aa's and 9v, the 9v are a little wider than normal 9v tho.

buy procell batteries off ebay they are the industrial name for duracell and hell of alot cheaper
