Maybe try a new battery. Might be to low to fire the marker with eyes

first new battery, then it could be bad micro switch, board or solenoid

But when the eyes are off it shoots fine.
So i figure couldnt be either of the last 3

Assuming your eyes work properly (you can stick your finger in the breach and the color turns from red to green) then it's either your board or your battery. A low battery can cause all kinds of electrical nonsense, hopefully, it's not your board.

Almost always a sign of a bad battery when it works with the eyes off but doesn't click with the eyes on. Not enough juice to power the eyes and the solenoid at the same time.
