www.shocktechusa.com - Shocktech Ion Body Kit (Semi-BOB)

Semi-Bob = The rear donut and trigger frame screw(s) must be unscrewed to access the bolt.

I believe that version is semi-bob like the other version.

Question:

If people wanted a BOB setup for a Classic Ion, would this work?

1. Envy Breech
2. A NXT/XE feedneck
3. Original Classic Ion body with the back cut out? ie. a hole so that you could access the bolt?

More money, likely, but a true BOB?

If the Envy Breech is self contained with a back plug, then it'd probably work.

Although you'd need to use a XE Body with the XE feedneck unless the Envy breech has feedneck threading.

Doesn't look like it has feedneck threading and that it relies on the body to hold the feedneck:

You could buy the Extcy body kit, but then you wouldn't have eye covers.

Bummer.
