^^^This
My first non-LP poppet G6r ran at 220/80. Every marker is a little different so be careful when comparing it to others. Use the Lurker method for sweetspotting your regs.

has anyone actually been reading the OP? it answers most of the questions asked... i've been using DOW55 on all the o-ring except for the ASA and i've been using tri-flow for the bolt o-rings. i've tried with the stock bolt and hush bolt.

just read it and it sounds like you have done pretty much everything but rebuild the noid. so try it out an see if it helps. maybe some debris got inside it and is blocking some air

In the OP, you say you did a rebuild, but then you said you broke in the orings with 20 cases. Are the orings on your ram brand new at this very moment?

Make sure the bard on the rear of the marker is tighten all the way, also make sure the poppet spring is straight on the poppet and not at a angle.
And make sure the 2 halves of the body and aligned.

that barb doesn't look threaded, but it's in there all the way. the poppet spring is good and straight, and the halves are aligned.

srsly? who the **** puts a one way spring in backwards?
the only thing i can think of is that there's a ****-load of dow55 in the noid because there was a bunch in the LP hose (that i replaced). it also helps to read what others have posted and to use the search feature.
