New bolt,What to name it? Info inside
Ok lady's and gents.
I have been shooting shockers and intimidators for as long as I can remember.I miss my 03 electric blue sft with black parts so bad.
That said I have always had enough knowledge to get myself in trouble or luck up and, well this time I think I have done just that.
I want to start off by saying this. I will NOT be posting pictures of anything until I have a run of them made ready for everyone to enjoy. But I figured I could get you all drooling for a product that works, and proof will be in the video I am going to do Saturday at my local field.
What better way then to show you what it can do first.
I have not tested it for high rates of fire.I know it will do 20 just fine.
But my current setup in my naughty dogs shocker is this.
My hvlp can,my delin ported sleeve(same thing is done with the aluminum sleeve)a rhino spring on a stock bolt guide and my no name bolt.
I will also be testing this with a ndz lp bolt guide soon as I really think this will make a difference.
More focus went into tolerances and then flow then anything.
Here are pics of the gun that will be testing the bolt. The bolt is inside and aired up.I have no way to do a video of anything today or I would.I have had no chopping, break, leaks etc.I have had zero roll back issue or eye reading issues.
Here is the gun that will be the test gun and the one that we will be doing the efficiency test with Saturday.
Note: Stock bolt guide.....
Note: 105-110 psi.....

Any clever name Idea's welcome.Once we have 5 that are good we will poll the shocker community. Please lets not take jabs at anyone either.
What others have done with the shocker is nothing but amazing.
So hats off to Lurker and Pooty.
Also big thanks to Rhino for the springs we all love.

Have it associated with yourself since you made it.
The ATL-Bolt or something with your name.
Demented Bolt? (the little title under your pbn name)

anything being included to address stack clipping or roll back?
Also wondering if the operating pressure was verified with a larger gauge. Those micro gauges can sometimes be inaccurate.
Thanks!
