I can add that Furious barrels are very efficient, mine are atleast. I had a brand new UL unused barrel, and compared it to my Furious wich was used a little bit. Same paint and the UL was 688 while the Furious was 689 size. The Furious had 12+ fps increase compared to my UL.
Now i did measure both the UL and the Furious backs to see if the boresize was as advertised, and both was correct. Now that is impressive.

How does the disruptive compare efficiency wise to furious and UL?

If it's the same bore size their wont be a difference.

efficiency comes with bore, control bore, surface finish, porting, and length of the barrel. Some will even argue that the material used in the barrel will also factor in with efficiency ie brass, or stainless steel. Not that we're talking about much air saved, maybe half a pod on a full fill...
I haven't tested the Disruptive barrels yet, I'm curious to see how they do though. Especially, against Shaft4 or CSL kit

Should be worse than shafts as shafts have a slightly longer control bore

It seems logical but it isn't always the case as i described.
Actually the disruptive death touch have a 8 inch control bore. I see so many people meaning Furious cant be any good since its such a short back, but it is in fact my most efficient and accurate barrel.

Maybe I misread but, it looks like you just called 3 carbon fiber barrels a polished metal tube...

Depends on the barrel. Some CF barrels have a metal liner that would be polished. If it's full carbon fiber it would of course be polished but I'd see it as a negative considering carbon fiber can't be polished as smooth as metal can.

I forgot to answer that. I have actually not compared the efficiency on the Disruptive against another barrel, I can try to do that the next time im playing wich is not too often. I have only tested the Furious efficiency against the UL and some other barrels i dont have anymore.
But keep in mind there might be a difference in efficiency between the Balance kit and the Death Touch considering the difference in control bore's. Next month i plan on ordering a death touch barrel to see the difference between my furious and my balance (Every aspect).
