Halo too question

My friend bought a halo too recently. We are getting frustrated on how unreliable the feed detection is. Is there any way we can set up the hopper to just spit out balls automatically with out using the microphone or vibration?

I have an older halo and it is capable of this mode. Once turned on it rotates until it detects a jam.

I just recently got a new one it works just fine, make sure that you have programmed it properly and know what settings are possibilities by reading the full Manuel

I've got a halo too and mine works just fine. What marker is your friend using it on? It sounds to me like the microphone sensitivity isn't at a high enough setting.
