NT10 Solenoid Acting Weird ( venting )

Hi Guys,

I try to repair a NT10 ( one of my teamates )

Here's the deal,
the gun is not cycling, Solenoid Clicking,
But when i put air in it, The gun start shooting one time ( even without battery )
and i could hear a leak thru the frame,
I separate the frame from the body, and it seems that the solenoid is leaking one side by a small square.
On the left side of the solenoid.

I have one NT10 too, So i try several things,
Change all the oring on the entire bolt,
Try 4 differents batteries,
Try My board on his gun,
Try my reg on his gun,
Try my entire Bolt on his gun,

But Nothing chang
I've controlled Hyper 3 pressure on mine and his, 130-140 Psi.

I've 3 solenoids in spare,
so i've give a try with every solenoids, even try 2 brand new small orings.

NOTHING HELP ,

This gun is givin' me a headache lol,

Any help will be cool !

Have a nice day guys

The leak from the noid means its over pressurized (or blown)...thats where it vents from. What I dont understand is why its venting on his and not yours when both guns are using the same reg.

You tried every combo I can think of man. This is the weirdest thing.

Did you check to see if the inside of his body (where the engine goes) has any scratches?

DId you try another manifold? (the part that screws onto the solenoid)

Yea i try differents manifolds and differents solenoids,
i've no idea where to go Now, perhaps the body itself,
but no scratches inside it.

Its a mystery, I cant think of anything.

Does it leak right away? Was it working in the past?

What was the fix for this issue? My marker is experiencing the same problem. I've tried just about everything.
