hey just bought a luxe 1.0 with the 2.0 bolt and eyes and all that jazz. i shot it yesterday and it was shooting great and then the bolt started sticking. i understand that this is a lube problem but what kind of lube should i be using to break in this new bolt?

also every time i turn it on and try to shoot the first couple ball. it just barely even fires and if it does come out its a way huge drop off shooting the low 100 fps. i have to roll the trigger to get it starting. and this sometimes causes a ball or two to get stuck in the barrel thus braeaking paint in the barrel and gun. how can i fix this problem?

1. just use any dow33 based lube. Sl33k, monkey poo, violent pb jelly (my personal favorite).

2. upp your fsdo, the bolt stick can also be affecting the fsdo your experiencing.

for futrure reference whats the fsdo? i had an ego before this and that thing never broke so i dont know about spool guns that much lol?
i did check the dwell and it was at 30 returned to 12 default and it works perfect! but ya just for future whats the fsdo?

First shot drop off. For the first couple of seconds or however the timer is set to, it will bump up your dwell to try and overcome any bolt stick there is before returning to normal.

Just so you make sure your FSDO setting sets in and ensures the extra dwell comes into play, set your "First Shot Drop Off Timer" to 1.

Setting 1 = 20seconds.

This means once you turn the gun on, you'll have to wait 20 seconds until the extra dwell will kick in.

(Usually you'll turn on your gun, and wait a little bit until you pop off your first shot before a game starts)
