Mask falling off
What are the PSP and NPPL's rules on masks falling off during play? Like you **** up a dive and your mask flies off. I'm assuming it's legal, but I was just curious.

What if a ref were to accidentaly collide with you and your mask came off as a result?

If your mask leaves your face, you're eliminated. As a PSP referee, we enforce that rule so that other players have no incentive to shoot you.

I was there for NPPL Las Vegas 12 I believe someone had a blindman at a point and a team got a penalty for it. I was not really paying attention to that,
But your mask shouldn't come off in a collision.
If it does it should be tighter.
Although with that it depends on the ref and the league.

Whenever I ref I go by this rule. If the mask comes off, you're out. You see someone with their mask off, don't even think of shooting at them. Your mask comes off, don't worry about anything other than getting your mask back on. You don't want the issue of someone just half-assing to get their mask back on just so they can make it to the next bunker for cover. |

In addition to being out when your mask comes off, I've seen some videos of refs diving in front of players and covering them up when their masks come off. Just an FYI  |

Yeah I've seen that in videos too, very good idea for the refs to jump on them. Tho I think I'd be hard pressed to not jump on as well for the fun of it hahahaha
