Like the title says, I'm heading to the field tomorrow and my flippin gun is leaking air out of the barrel. Just changed all bolt orings, striker oring, valve o-rings, and cup seal. then it started leaking MORE!?!?!?!?!?

is the cup seal guide supposed to be completely flat? mine is slightly bent on some of the "tabs"

Assuming you have cocked the gun to take pressure off the valve pin, 2 things could be wrong.

Cup seal or forward valve body oring. Pull the valve body out and replace it with a tank oring and put a little lube if you have it. Put it back together and check again. If barrel leak persist either replace cup or sand cup seal on flat surface with 400 grit wet sand paper.

Side note Cup seal guide(the star) is not need but helps. Black orings on the bolt, back side of the valve. Red oring on the striker. Sometime dry firing helps it seat if only a small leak. If it doesn't work DO IT AGAIN AND INSPECT IT BETTER.

I had a black o-ring instead of tank o-ring in the forward slot on the valve. Then I put my OLD cup seal back in after a slight sanding, gun worked flawlessly all day! You sir/ma'am are a life saver. I saw your post this morning at like 0700 and had my gun fixed in 20 minutes and got to play ball all day!
