There actually is a recharge rate after you blow a load. Depending on how old you are and what you eat it is either longer or shorter. Typically it takes 2-3 days for it to be recharged (you can still ejaculate during this time and what is emitted are usually dead or incomplete cells.) and potent. This is why it is sometimes hard for chronic masturbators to conceive with their partners.
If you guys were wondering, this time (the refractory period) is about twice as long for someone with one testicle.
