The only thing I hate about leg workouts is trying to get the ham curl machine adjusted properly. For whatever reason, I can never get a good fit.

I just run and sprint because I don't want to lose fast twitch, I do 1 leg squats then hold for a few min.

A friend of mine only did squats and what not, I only did jogging and finished off with wind sprints. I invited him to do HIIT on the track, spring long, jog corners. First sprint I was done while he was just past half way. If you do normal jogging you shouldn't be too bad.

Yeah but he would probably kick your *** at moving heavy things with his legs. Of course if you train differently for 2 different purposes you will wind up with different results and excel in different areas.

He could dead lift more than me, but not 50% more, and that had a lot to do with me being weak in other areas.

I was just thinking two towers. I don't know around a grand if possible. I just want it for music, I don't watch a lot of movies
The problem is I don't think I could ge a subwoofer without disturbing my neighbor

It's mostly because my quads still were a lot bigger than his, but my back, shoulders, and arms were weak. My leg strength was still well beyond his.

i jog a lot and mix it in with running (why do treadmills only go 11 mph? =\)
