Yes it will work. The Eigenring only runs on the top hat, so it never touches the bolt guide. The Hybrid bolt guide increases airflow to the bolt, and the Eigenring maintains a higher pressure in the chamber longer... so the benefits of both will only compound.
So, yes it'll work, and yes you'll see efficiency gains.
