I don't think online shopping for paintball gear could have worse customer service if they tried.

Called PunisherPB asked them if they had the new empire 2013 chest protector in stock since I was ordering from them anyway for another item. They said they do but its not on the website yet. I asked if I ordered a regulator and the pad if it would ship the next day that I was only ordering the stuff online if it'd ship Tuesday. He explained it wouldn't go out that day (Monday) but would certainly go out Tuesday. I said fine considering you guys are in PA I should have it within a day or two so Thursday at the latest.

I place my order and I notice my invoice says 2012 pad instead of 2013, I ask the guy he says its no problem I was geting the 2013 pad that they marked the invoice specifically to say that I was to get the 2013 not the 2012 pad, I said okay thanks.

11/20 rolls around no update, email them asking why the shipping information wasn't sent yet, get no response.

11/21 comes still no shipping info - email again - no response.

11/22 comes finally shipping info but no activity, tracking not available... okay maybe it was already on its way!

11/23 nothing yet (when I told them I needed the package by)

11/24 nothing (as you'll read next this ended up being the date they shipped the package, 4 days after they told me they would!)

11/25 shipping info finally updates saying that it wasn't even shipped until 11/24 and would arrive on 11/26!

So today is 11/26 and the package finally arrive, opened it up... 2012 pads...

All I can say is eff paintball customer service. Now I send another email explaining my frustration and how this all could have been avoided if they actually had some decent customer service willing to read emails and make a phone call to the warehouse to send the right items!

Christ I hate that my local shops have no selections.

So, they emailed me back and said they don't even have the 2013 pads and they don't know why anyone would tell me they do have them.

He told me to call him and he will see what he can do to make it right.

Tried the 2012 pads on and they don't look like they are half as nice as the 2013 ones... don't see a point in keeping them if I'll always want the 2013 over them.

its a shame that lvp north completely closed. they always got my orders right. thats why i order from yeti now.
