Cement stickers? Never heard of them. For any sticker you can use heat to loosen the adhesive then use goo gone or rubbing alcohol to get rid of the residue.

hahaha you guys and your home remedies.
You can use just about any solvent on anodizing with out a care in the world. (solvents are very harsh on adhesives and plastics )
Acetone, Toluene, Xylol, Lacquer just to name a few.
Toluene and Xylol work pretty well on stickers.

Xylol or xylene is some naaasty stuff. Get's just about anything off, and will give you some nasty chemical burns so touch it as little as possible haha

When I cant get any stains off my boat, I use on off. It is basically acid, and it worked great on my hockey helmet getting my old team stickers off. Make sure it wont melt whatever you are trying to clean though.

You are correct!
It really gets bad when it soaks in you skin and you add more and more on top of that.

Used a lot of it with a painting contracting company this summer. Buddy of mine had a rag with it in his back pocket, and he sat on top of a ladder and the rag went right between his legs. Absolutely hilarious! kept screaming about how much it burnt.

Lighter fluid will work also.
Depending on the location, a hair dryer would help loosen it. I wouldn't go to crazy with the heat around o-rings or electronics though.

Nail Polish Remover. Thats what goo-gone basically is. Just rub that stuff on top with a cotton ball, let it sit. Then take a thin plastic putty knife, or just your finger nail and scrape it off.
HK stickers stay on pretty well, but they peel right off when you want to take it off, so it shouldn't be any difficult.

do you mean that a sticker was on a gun and when it was peeled of the hk stayed on there because the sticker was there so long?

The anodizing has just faded around the sticker. You see it happen on vehicles sometimes too. Not much you can do besides getting the gun re-anodized or covering it up with another sticker.
