Vanguard Customer Service
So I got my new 2013 Demon a week ago and I loved it. For some reason it wouldn't charge that night and I was freaking out with cup only a few days away. I took it with me hoping there would be a Vanguard booth. There wasent. Anyway I spotted Frank right after one of his matches and asked him if he could help me out. Before he even had a chance to take off his gear, Justin and himself helped me get everything all fixed up and ready to go. Big props to those guys. Best gun on the market right now, and customer service to match.
